Priority processing, 1 January 2009
From 01 January 2009 the following applications for permanent and provisional visas will receive priority processing: Employer sponsorship, State and Territory sponsorship, an occupation on the Critical Skills List (CSL), an occupation on the Migration Occupations in Demand List (MODL) and family sponsorship where the occupation is listed on the CSL.
