Changes to the Priority Processing direction, 23 September 2009
A new direction to the priority processing rules comes into effect on 23 September 2009.

As hitherto, ENS and RSMS applications will be processed with highest priority by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). However, now even family member sponsored applications (e.g. subclass 176) with nominated occupations on the CSL and MODL (criticals skills list and migration occupation in demand list) will receive priority processing.
